About Cooley & Martin

We are a small public accounting firm in Charlottesville, Virginia, specializing in rendering professional support that saves clients time and money. The firm has existed for over twenty years and transitioned to new ownership three years ago.

Over the past few years, we have set up virtual processes to work with clients that prefer not to come by our office. Liaising virtually with clients minimizes the hassle of meeting in person, as documents are securely transferred online with electronic signatures. 

We primarily focus on serving clients in central Virginia and also reach out to multiple states, including New York and California. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm.
